- What is Re Refining?
- REFINING
Re-refining is a process that has been developed many years ago and its moderated with the latest technics called environmental sound technology. It removes all impurities, both soluble and insoluble, and returns the oil to a quality suitable for automobiles. Re-refined oil has quality that is equal to or better than some virgin base oils. Re re refined oil can be used as a raw product of lubricants making. Oil refineries serve an important role in the production of transportation and used fuels. While the used oil is refining process, all the impurities have gone out and its separated, can be sold to different industries for a broad range of purposes. Such as Lubricant making and Re using for automobiles
- DEHYDRATION
Used Oil is pre-heated in order to remove the moisture, light contaminants like glycol, solvent, lighter organics etc.
- GAS OIL REMOVAL
Dehydrated Oil is stripped under vacuum for light gasoil removal & for the adjustment of the flash point of the oil.
- VACUUM DISTILLATION
After gas oil stripper, the oil is sent to the vacuum Distillation to recover vacuum distillate oil fraction.
